Welcome to the 2010/2011 School Year!!!

I am honored to have the opportunity to lead the Koyuk Malemute School.  The students, families, staff, and community achieved an incredible accomplishment during the most recent school year.  The Annual Measurable Objectives for Adequate Yearly Progress as per NCLB guidelines were met for the second consecutive year and changed the status of our school to AYP Level 0.  Congratulations to all!!!

Working together, we will continue this upward trend in student achievement.  I look forward to visiting with all stakeholders for input as we continue to refine our programs and expand the opportunities available to our students.

They are: Michelle Kavairlook & Kirstie Nassuk for the Graduating Class, Nikko Adams for the Junior Class, Doris Adams for the Sophomore Class, Ana Otton for the Freshman Class, & Franklin Hoogendorn for the Junior High Class.

This weekend Golivin & White Mountain are coming to Koyuk for Volleyball.

Last weekend the Koyuk Volleyball team won all four games in Brevig Mission.

Wrestling & Cheerleading Started about 2 weeks ago.

There will bo no school next week!!!!!!
